Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Voicesmith subscriptions and credit packs from Füüsika projektid. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — whether it's a monthly subscription or a one-off credit pack.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at business@mishazujev.com and we'll help you. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your remaining plan minutes until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling is separate from a refund — if you also want money back for the current period, request a refund as described above within 30 days of the charge.
