This Privacy Policy explains how Füüsika projektid ("we", "us"), the data controller for the Voicesmith service, collects and processes your personal data. Contact: business@mishazujev.com.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account.
• Usage data: the amount of audio you generate (seconds and characters), your subscription and credit balance, and feedback or ratings you submit — used to provide the service, enforce quotas and improve the product.
• Content data: the text you submit for speech synthesis, processed solely to generate your audio.
• Technical data: device identifiers, IP address and log data, used for security and fraud prevention.
• Support data: messages you send us, used to respond to your requests.

2. Legal bases

We process account, usage and content data to perform our contract with you; technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure; support data to respond to you; and certain records where required by law.

3. Who we share data with

• Paddle (Paddle.com), our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions and credit packs, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Service providers that host and operate the service (cloud hosting, database and AI speech synthesis providers), acting as processors.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
